John Offord is Programme Aquisition Manager for propeller, the national channel for new film and tv talent. Previously, John has worked on prime time programmes for Yorkshire Television, Granada Television and Mersey Television. He also worked for Short Circuit Films, which showcased the work of the UK Film Council's New Cinema Fund.
