The judging panel included a host of industry professionals, including, the international award winning Cinematographer Jakob Ihre, who was then DOP for The Margate EXODUS (a Film4 feature filmed in Thanet) and Michael Morris, the Executive Producer of Margate Exodus and Co-Director of Artangel. Jesse Vile from Raindance Film Festival, Mark Bowsher from Liongate Films (whose company distributed The Wicker Man, Snuff Movie and Saw III), Philip Ilson of Halloween Short Film Festival and horror feature film director Robert Morgan.
