Currently CEO of the South East Media Network (SEMN), the digital content sector consortium for the south east of England, Gina was also the founding Chief Executive of Screen South, the UK Film Council’s regional development agency.  Prior to that she was the manager of Cinema 3 at the University of Kent and was the Director of the Kent International Film Festival 2000/01.

Gina is on the artistic advisory board of TAPS (Television Arts Performance Showcase), the advisory board of the NFTS Short Course Factory and is a member of BAFTA.  She is the founder of the digital creative community site www.digitaldeli.co.uk and is co-producing the British feature film ‘The Tournament’, starring Robert Carlyle, Ving Rhames and Kelly Hu.

She is passionate about empowering creative talent, and enjoys a glass of wine with good company at the end of the day.
